Adding New Timesheet Items
After creating your free trial, the first thing you should do is add items for your team to record time against. You can add new items directly in the timesheet or via the Client page.

Time Off Tracking
Your team can request time off in Timemarker. Each request is automatically added to the timesheet and can be approved or rejected by a time-off approver.

Timesheet Approval
You can set your team's timesheets to require approval. When a timesheet is completed, the approver is emailed the details and can approve or reject it from the email or within Timemarker.

Late Timesheet Reminders
Timemarker will automatically email your team to remind them to complete their timesheets and send you a summary of staff with incomplete timesheets. This can be a daily or weekly email.

Running reports
With Timemarker, you can run summary or detailed reports, providing a granular breakdown.

Custom Exports
Our prebuilt reports are great, but you can also create custom exports with only the fields you need.

Custom Rates
Each staff member has two rates: an hourly cost rate and an hourly bill rate. These rates are used to calculate a staff member's cost and bill value. You can set custom rates for all staff or select staff members for different timesheet items.
