This guide explains the fields and functions of the client page. If you have any additional questions, you can contact our team using the Submit a request button in the top-right corner of this page.
The client page contains items that can be added to a staff member's timesheet.

Filter Items
This box lets you add a keyword to filter all items in the client table. Only items matching the keyword will be displayed.

Include Expired
When an item has expired, it will not be displayed in the table by default. Enabling Include Expired will show active and expired items. For a guide on expiring client items, please click here

Add New Client
This button lets you add a new client. For a guide on adding new client items, please click here

Client Table
The table contains all of your client structure items. Each item is assigned to a level. The level names are shown at the top of the table.

Grouped Items
When an item has lower-level items, it will be displayed as a group. Group names are displayed in bold text, and a group can be expanded or contracted by clicking on the row.

Actions
Actions are displayed for all items in a group. Each action icon is explained below.
Edit Icon
This icon opens the edit page for the selected item. For a guide on editing client structure items, please click here
Delete Icon
This icon opens the delete page for the selected item. For a guide on deleting client structure items, please click here
Add Icon
This icon lets you add a lower level to the selected item. For a guide on adding new client structure items, please click here

Page Size
This sets the number of results per page.

Page Selection
The left and right arrows let you navigate between pages.
