This guide explains the fields and functions of the edit item page for the client structure. If you have any additional questions, you can contact our team using the Submit a request button in the top-right corner of this page.
This page allows you to make changes to an existing item

Structure
When editing an item, the level name will be shown in grey, and any higher levels will be shown in orange. Clicking an orange level name will take you to the edit page for that item.

Name
This is the name of the item you are editing. Adding a new name and clicking save will change the item's name.

Delete button
This will take you to the item's delete page. For more information about deleting an item, please click here

Assigned to this
This table shows the lower-level items assigned to this item. Time recording is often only allowed at the lowest level. Clicking Include Expired will display expired items along with active items.

Edit and Delete Icons
Clicking the Edit Icon for a lower level will take you to the edit page for that item.
Clicking the Delete Icon for a lower-level item takes you to the delete page for that item.

Add New Button
This button takes you to the add new page to create a lower level for the selected item.
