Updating Default Time Off Entitlements For A Year
Time-off years have an entitlement for each time-off type. This entitlement is set for all staff members for the time-off year, unless they have a custom entitlement for that year. Please follow the steps below to update the default entitlement for a time-off year.

Click on Settings and Time Off

At the bottom of the page, you will see the Time Off Entitlement options

Click the Time Off Year dropdown to select the year for which to set entitlements.
You cannot select closed years. A year can be set as active or closed by clicking the edit icon in the Time Off Years table above. For a guide on creating a time off year, please click here

Click the Edit Icon to change the value of any time off type.
If Sickness is not displayed, it is likely that Unlimited Sickness is enabled at the top of the page.

On this page, you can change the value of Entitlement Days.
The value must be set in days or days and half days, for example, 20 or 20.5 days. This value will be applied to all staff members who do not have a custom entitlement for the time-off year.
Setting Custom Time Off Entitlements For A Staff Member
Staff members can have a custom entitlement for each time-off type in each time-off year. This is used when a staff member should have more or fewer days of a time-off type than the default.
A part-time staff member may have half the entitlement days of a full-time staff member.

Click Staff

Click the Edit icon for the staff member to set a custom entitlement for.

Click the Time Off tab.

The page displays the staff member's time-off approvers and their time-off entitlement for each year.
- Click the Time Off Year dropdown to select the year for which to set entitlements.

- Click the Edit Icon to change the value of any time off type.
If Sickness is not displayed, it is likely that Unlimited Sickness is active on the time off settings page.

On this page, you can change the value of Entitlement Days.
The value must be set in days or days and half days, for example, 20 or 20.5 days. The value must be at least the number of days the staff member used.
- When a staff member has a custom entitlement for a time-off type, the Custom Entitlement column displays a tick.
