This guide shows you how to delete a time off request in Timemarker.
If you are unable to complete any of the steps in this guide, you can use the Submit a request button at the top right of this page to contact our team for help.

Click the Time Off Request item in the navigation bar. If this item is not displayed, your company's time off functionality is not enabled. An admin can activate this on the time off settings page.

Check the Time Off Bookings table for the request you would like to delete.
If your request is for dates in the past or a different year, you will need to change the Time Off Year or Display Time Off Bookings options to see the request.

Locate the request you would like to delete in the table.

Click the delete icon for the request you wish to remove.
Public holidays are assigned by the company administrator and cannot be deleted.

If the time off request is in the future, you will receive a pop-up asking you to confirm that you want to delete it. Click the red Delete button to remove the time off request from this page and your timesheet.
If your time off booking is in the past, please proceed to the next step.

If your time-off booking is in the past, it must be rejected by a time off approver. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to request time off if the booking is rejected.
Use Request Deletion From to select a time off approver.
Add the reason the time-off booking should be deleted in Request Reason, then click Send.
The time-off approver will receive the request via email. You will be notified by email when your time off booking is rejected.
