This guide will show you how to expire a staff member's account. An expired account is inactive and will not use any of your purchased seats. The staff member cannot log in. When an account expires, all time recordings are preserved and shown in the reports.

Click Staff

Click the Edit icon for the staff member you would like to expire.

Add a Leaving Date to the staff member's account and click Save.
Once this date passes, the staff member's account will become inactive and expire.
A staff member's leaving date cannot be earlier than their most recent time recording.
