This guide explains each dashboard function. If you have any additional questions, you can contact our team using the Submit a request button in the top-right corner of this page.
The dashboard provides an overview of Timemarker time recordings. More detailed information is available when running reports. The dashboard is available to all accounts with the Company administrator role. It is the first page you see when you log in, and can also be selected as the first item in the navigation menu.

Total Hours
This information box shows the total number of hours recorded by all staff in the last 30 days.

Total Cost Value
This information box shows the total cost of all hours recorded by all staff in the last 30 days. A staff member's cost is set on the Rates tab of the staff edit page. For a guide on adding staff rates, please click here

Total Bill Value
This information box shows the total bill value of all hours recorded by all staff in the last 30 days. A staff member's bill rate is set on the Rates tab of the staff edit page. For a guide on adding staff rates, please click here
Client structure items with Non-Billable enabled do not have their hours added to the total bill value. This setting is on the items on the advanced page. For a guide on the advanced page functions, please click here

Total Revenue
This information box shows the total revenue for the last 30 days. Revenue is calculated as Bill value minus Cost value.

Profitability
This pie chart shows the 5 least and most profitable clients for the last 30 days. Profit is calculated as Bill value minus Cost value. Hover your mouse over any segment to see the hours for that client.

Staff Recorded Hours
This pie chart shows the 5 staff members with the least and most hours over the last 30 days. Hover your mouse over any segment to see the hours for that staff member.

Billable Hours vs Non-billable Hours
This bar chart shows the billable and non-billable hours for each month for the last 6 months. Hover your mouse over any segment to see the hours for that month.

Click the 'here' link to open a pop-up and provide feedback on any improvements you would like to see on the dashboard.

Late Timesheets
This chart shows any active staff members with incomplete timesheets for the last 10 weeks.

Upcoming Time Off
This chart shows any time off bookings for your staff in the next 30 days
If this chart is not displayed, please click Settings / Time Off and set the Enable Time Off toggle to Active to enable time off functionality.
